Version 2.2 of my WordPress Related Post plugin has been released. This version fixes a small layout issue for WordPress 2.7, has an improved SQL statement which speeds up the process, and has a new option that lets you turn off the reciprocal function. The AJAX search function now searches in the title of posts as well as their contents.

I like very much your plugin but, I made a SQL Query Analysis test on three different WordPress installations (on localhost) and your plugin use between 49% and 55% “Database All Queries Time” and DB count 7 queries.
I think it is important if you can implement a form of caching.So instead having 7 queries the plugin will have 1 query.
I thinking you can create a build cache option in the admin panel after the relationships between files are modified.
